How to Set Up WhatsApp Business Catalog

Download WhatsApp Business app
Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download WhatsApp Business (free). It's different from the regular WhatsApp app. Register with your business phone number.

Set up your business profile
Go to Settings → Business Profile. Add your business name, category, address, email and description. Upload your logo as your profile photo.

Open the Catalog
Go to Settings → Business Tools → Catalog. Tap the + button to add your first product.

Add each product
For every product, add: Photo (use the photos from your catalog), Name, Price (in GMD), and Description. You can add up to 500 items.

Share your catalog
Once your catalog is set up, customers can see it by visiting your WhatsApp profile. You can also share individual products by tapping the product and then Share. Each product gets its own share link.

Use the HTML catalog for your website
Download the catalog from this tool and host it on your website via Namecheap. Every product has a "Order via WhatsApp" button that opens a chat with a pre-written order message.

Set up Quick Replies
In WhatsApp Business, go to Business Tools → Quick Replies. Add shortcuts for common messages like your price list, opening hours and order confirmation. This saves a lot of time!
